Worried about “Making Tax Digital”?
From April 2026, sole traders and landlords with income over £50,000 must comply with HMRC’s Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment (MTD for ITSA). This means keeping digital records and submitting quarterly updates to HMRC using approved accounting software. The threshold will drop to £30,000 in 2027 and £20,000 in 2028, so it’s vital to prepare early. Our History
Established in 1991, J&MH Financial Services Ltd are a small accountancy practice based from offices in Farnham Royal and Wooburn Green.
We manage the finances of individuals and small limited companies across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and the Thames Valley.
Initially started as a sole trader, we became incorporated in 2011.
Who are we?
Main Partner – John Hayes
John has over 30 years experience and knowledge in the finance sector. He is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and has previously worked as Finance Director in the FMCG industry for a high profile global firm.
We are an affordable accounting firm. Our goal is to get your tax bill as low as possible within HMRC rules ensuring you save more in taxes than you pay us.
We are knowledgeable, proactive and friendly and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
